Høglund Secures IAS Contract for Sirius Shipping’s New Chemical Tankers

We are proud to announce that, with valuable support from Sirius Shipping, Høglund has secured the IAS contract for four (plus four optional) new 7,999 dwt chemical tankers being built at China Merchant Jinling Shipyard Yangzhou Dingheng (formerly AVIC). 

Sirius Shipping is one of our most impotant and loyal customers over many years, and we greatly value our partnership. 

These vessels will closely resemble the previous Sirius Shipping newbuilds- Saturnus and Mercurius- from the same yard.  

Equipment delivery for the first vessel is planned for June 2026.
