ABB to Acquire Høglund to Expand Marine Automation Offering

ABB has entered into an agreement to acquire Høglund AS.

The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals, and will see Høglund integrated into ABB's Marine & Ports division.
