Since 1993, we’ve been designing and delivering complex systems, installed on over 600 ships worldwide. Our team of 85 professionals is spread across four countries, with headquarters located in Tønsberg, Norway.

As we expand, we’re looking for a passionate Sales Manager with a strong network of international shipyards and owners to join our vibrant team.

What you’ll do: As Sales Manager, you’ll drive new business, ensuring our solutions meet customer needs and staying ahead of market trends. If you’re passionate about maritime technology and eager to make an impact, this is the role for you!

 

Your main tasks:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends and product development
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Spot new business opportunities and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
  • Present and negotiate contracts with customers
  • Participate in trade fairs representing the company
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in marine tech, with strong technical know-how
  • A well-established network within shipping
  • Knowledge or experience within automation or electrical products for the maritime industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)

Work location

Preferably Høglund main office in Tønsberg, Norway. But since our market is global, alternative models can be discussed.
