We are proud to be a company certified for apprenticeship training. Each of our apprentices is given a dedicated mentor to follow their progress along the path, and ensure their training program is according to the standards and requirements of the field. The program is composed of both theoretical and hands-on training, with a strong focus on practical projects and service assignments on board vessels. Our experience is that practical work is highly relevant for the apprentices' motivation and often results in a steep learning curve.

We aim to help educate competent specialists within automation systems, IT, media design and communications, production and service, and ensure their chances for a good career path are best possible. Several of our apprentices have actually chosen to stay in Høglund after completed apprenticeship!
